I have been practicing law in Colorado since 1971. Prior to opening my own practice in 1993, I served as an assistant general counsel in a large corporation, an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado, an associate attorney, and a partner at two Colorado law firms. I have over thirty years of legal experience in representing and advising individuals and business clients in my areas of practice.

In my thirty years as an attorney, I have developed skills as a business counselor and trial attorney. I am also an American Arbitration Association trained arbitrator and mediator, and I am certified in commercial law and employment law. My arbitration and mediation experience allows me to present clients with legal alternatives outside of traditional litigation that may be better suited to their needs and goals.

My goal is to provide the best legal advice to my clients, and I refer my clients to accountants, financial planners, tax attorneys, and other professionals in the Denver area if I feel that an issue is outside of my area of expertise. My practice is service-oriented, and I look to establish and maintain continuing relationships with clients by addressing their business and employment legal needs and by providing personal attention to each client and their case.
