Contracts

Contracts are the foundation of any business. They govern the relationships between the business and its employees, contractors, vendors, and other businesses. How a contract is worded can have a dramatic effect on how favorable the agreement is to you or the other party. Often, it is important to know exactly what is meant by every word, and it is important that the contract be drafted by an attorney with experience in drafting contracts for businesses. I have experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all types of contracts, whether commercial or private, for small businesses throughout Denver, Colorado. I have experience with leases and sales, real estate contracts, as well as employee and human resource issues. I have drafted, negotiated and reviewed many contracts related to confidentiality, non-compete agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Occasionally, even a well-drafted contract can end in a dispute.
